A typical day in Cuenca

Every day brings different experiences! But you can expect the general outline of your day to look something like this:

  • 7:00 AM - Wake up, eat breakfast, and get ready for the day

  • 8:00 AM - Begin your morning shift

  • 12:00 PM - Lunch break!

  • 2:00 PM - Start your afternoon shift

  • 6:30 PM - Make dinner and hang out with your fellow volunteers

Every Wednesday, you’ll have the chance to go on an optional OSSO-planned cultural excursion (included in your program fees!). Explore ancient ruins, zipline through the forest, or ride horses through the Andes Mountains. Get ready for the adventure of a lifetime!
