Teen Service Adventures Initial Application

 We are so excited to have you apply to OSSO’s Teen Service Adventures! Please fill out this form and an OSSO staff member will contact you within the next 24 hours to let you know if you were one of the first 48 applicants, or if you have been added to our waiting list.

If you are one of the first 48 applicants, we will contact you and walk you through the second phase of the application process. Please be aware that we will only be accepting 24 teens in Cuenca and 24 teens in Quito. We will do our best to assign you where you want to volunteer, but there is a chance we will run out of spots in one city quicker than the other and you will be assigned to the other city. If you don’t want to volunteer in the other city, please let us know ASAP.
