Part-time Administrative Assistant Position in

  • Advertising
  • Technology Skills
  • Conversational to Native Spanish ability
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and PayPal

Applicants must be able to motivate themselves, multi-task and have strong communication skills. Leadership experience and team building are recommended. 

Responsibilities include (but not limited to):

  • Administrative tasks such as attending meetings with volunteer directors to discuss volunteer work and orphanage needs
  • Process volunteer applications
  • Organize volunteer flight plans and schedules of service
  • Translate and interpret for orphanage directors and other Spanish specific tasks (although Spanish is helpful, not required)
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date financial records in QuickBooks and PayPal
  • Update social media and website
  • Prepare and mail orphanage sponsorships to donors
  • Answer inquiries through e-mails, telephone, and in person
  • Recruit volunteers (through visiting career fairs and college campuses)
